THE BLESSED MAN

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord , And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
Psalms 1:1‭-‬3 NKJV

God informs us today through the Prophet and King David about the definition of a blessed man. A blessed man here means one whose life has the capacity to command every good thing of life. It also refers to one who has escaped evil and troubles.

In this definition, the scriptures explains that your life has the capacity to command all good things of life if only you can watch the company that attaches itself to you. Watching those you roll with is very significant to the results you produce in life. Who is your best friend? What kind of thoughts, words and acts do you engage in while with your friends or company. The Bible says if you are always found with the wrong company, you are missing a blessing. However, we are also told that if you are always careful about those you move with and you avoid the wrong set of people, your life would move in an upward direction. All that you engage in would also be meaningful and bring you success.

I am sure you want everything you do to prosper and if that is the case, then you have to be careful about your company. I pray you will excel in all that you do in Jesus name.

1. Lord, help me to be connected to the right set of people from today in Jesus name.

2. I disconnect myself from every unprofitable relationship from today in Jesus name.

3. I am flourishing in everything I do from today in Jesus name.
